Top 3 Wrinkle Reduction Treatments

By

It is not uncommon for women to look in the mirror and focus on their wrinkles. Feminine faces show wrinkles more readily than their masculine counterparts. That is why wrinkle reduction is big business.

If you see wrinkles more than you see any other feature in your mirrored image, then surely wrinkle reduction treatment is on your mind. You may well be reading this trying to decide if wrinkle reduction is something you want to pursue. The information herein can help you decide whether any wrinkle reduction method is for you.

1. Wrinkle Reduction Cream

Creams compose the largest part of the wrinkle reduction market. A woman's beauty is her calling card.

Wrinkles need not be totally removed, but reduction of wrinkles can aid a woman's self-confidence.

There are untold tons of wrinkle reduction creams on the market -- and most of them are widely believed to be useless, which is why I can see no value in recommending one.

The best way to choose a wrinkle reduction cream? Ask your friends what works for them.

2. Laser Wrinkle Reduction

Unlike many creams, laser wrinkle reduction works. It is performed by licensed practitioners, in controlled settings. Go in for laser wrinkle reduction (usually multiple sessions) and your wrinkles will be reduced. That said, this method is far and away the most expensive.

3. Natural Wrinkle Reduction

The best and most effective way to naturally improve a wrinkled complexion is not through wrinkle reduction products, but is as simple as eating and sleeping. You do not have to rub anything on your face or see a doctor. If you eat right -- including your veggies and fruits -- and get enough sleep, your body can produce more skin cells, which means less (or less profound) wrinkles.

How to eat right? My answer to that question is always the Mediterranean diet.

Short but sweet.

I was expecting recommendation number three to be the product you're selling, but you're not selling anything.

And, of course, you're absolutely right on all three points.

You know, most creams have the right ingredients, but the molecules are just too large to penetrate deeply enough into the skin. Creams are mostly only good as a protective barrier.

A healthy lifestyle is the best prevention, and prevention is always better than cure.

Nice read, even if a bit short.

Thank you so much for saying so, Jayne. Keeping things short but sweet is my goal these days. (Though I would post a 2,000-word hub if that is what came out of me.)
